windows 10 upgrade help!

Okay so i have just been given another pc which is half decent but with one downside, it has a pirated operating system! now i have a laptop which i upgraded to windows 10! legally of course :P is there a way i can deactivate the laptops operating system and use the code to activate this new PC?? 

also on my laptop on the sticker i can read half the key, and when i load up magical jelly bean it gives me another code? which one would work! 

so can i transfer the operating system onto a laptop hdd to a desktop SSD? 

i odnt need an os on the laptop? So how can i do this?

amd fx6300

 

saphire 270x

sadisk 120gb SSD

H80

motherboard not sure yet
