Why can i not upgrade to windows 10?

Hey linus community, i am just wondering why i cant download windows 10, is it because im in Australia? or can i hust get it directly from this website even though its the us one?

Because its being rolled out like an OTA update on your phone for example. 

 

But, I'm not upgrading to Windows 10.  I used the preview on my desktop and while it wasn't bad it wasn't good and I would wayy prefer the stability and useability of windows 7.

Follow the link to upgrade multiple PC (after step 4), its the option I'm using because:

1. I've got 4 computers to upgrade
2. I can create a 32 and 64 bit upgrade USB

You can, but it wouldn't hurt to wait until things are rock solid for it.
