Ok So I recently installed my old Antec 620 watt psu into my rig along with the new gpu, this psu has only logged around 18 hours in its previous machine.

And I was wondering if I should be worried that its 2 years old?

Solid state electronics only fail for two reasons: 1. physical damage and 2. poor design/cheap parts that result in physical damage.  If it is good quality and you look after it, it will live forever.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

If you really are worried, take a look at the caps. If they aren't blown, you're good to go.

Power supply are really hard to outright kill, usually they live to the point where the connectors that they have are no longer commonplace, ie before PCIe power cables were created and molex ruled the world.

Plus when you have PSUs like the EVGA supernova series they offer a mind numbing 10 year warranty that basically says the the mean time between failure is so high that it will likely outlive you before it dies.

Since it's Antec you're good mate, my brother until quite recently was rocking a Cooler Master for about 6 years without any issues.

Don't worry about it
