Solved by nightlitezzz,
They are Korean monitors. They have mediocre build quality but they use IPS/PLS panels which is a yay. Also 120hz is AFTER you overclock it. Many of the Korean monitors are fairly easy to overclock and most people are able to get 96, 100, 110, and 120hz easily. I am looking to buy one. I would suggest the Qnix QX2710 instead since it has one of the if not the best colour accuracy out of the box. Crossover seems to get a lot of hyper for best build quality.
