Download that. (I'm not sure if you have to be in the insider program) Click on "upgrade this PC"

Would the download of the Windows 10 ISO for a flashdrive upgrade at the same way as the windows 10 upgrade porgram would? Or does the ISO make a totally clean install and remove everything or will it save the stuff as the other way?

You can try to type in "wuauclt.exe /updatenow" in an elevated command prompt to attempt to force the update.
