Power ON/OFF // SLEEP

Do i really need to shut down my computer or sleep is enoght ? 

Isnt it the same when you turn off or sleep it ?

I think sleep still has background processes going, while off turns everything off completely. (Though power still runs to the system)

NO, for the last time people, Windows 7/8 sleeps creates a ISO file and shuts your PC entirely but wakes up as soons as you use your keyboard or power button instantly, because Win 7 uses hybrid sleep.

So sleep is worther, than turn off ? 

Because when i turn off i wait 5min to load everything and work good

Because when i turn off i wait 5min to load everything and work good 

just use sleep, it will turn on immediately, and it saves power as well.
