Windows crashes whenever i go full screen. Now my pc doesnt even boot to windows

Windows keeps crashing whenever i opened something in full screen. And now it doesnt even boot windows. Also no games work. I only downloaded it today. Has anyone else got this issue and if so have you solved it and how.

Windows 10...? Have you tried full fresh install yet? This sounds like corrupted OS. Or very unstable OC.

I tried resetting. It encounters a problem and wont reset

Download iso and put it on usb and boot from it in bios and install again
