OnePlus 1 not connecting to my network

I bought a OnePlus 1 yesterday, phone was in mint condition. But when I stuck my Sim Card in, it could not even see my network(Wind Mobile).

I've tried many things, went to my network's shop, blew on my Sim Card and Sim Card tray, used other Sim Cards.

So the weird thing is that I can only connect to Wind Away(Roaming network) I really need help

What version of the phone do you have?

Might have gotten a Chinese edition.

I'm 99.9% sure that it is Canadian/international because I bought it used on Kijiji and the person  whom I bought it off was using on Telus, another Canada service provider

Try restarting the phone a few tiems. I've had this happen to me at times. try powering off the phone and putting the sim card in then powering on. Make sure it's not upside down. Try going into network settings and check your settings.

I use to be able to input a cheat code now I've got to input a credit card - Total Biscuit

tried all that, even made a new APN,and it still does not work
