Good evening everyone I am looking for either someone to make me a PSU cover or it find a place that i can get a PSU cover for my Define S 

I would prefer one that is fairly long so I can add my pump underneath also. any ideas.

Get an acrylic or polycarbonate sheet cut and heat bend it.

You might be able to ask ColdZero to see if they can do something like that since they do a lot of work on acrylic backplates:

this is what I might have to do if I can not find a pre-built one for me. the only issue is I do not have the tools to cut acrylic and I dont want it to look crappy

Since thats very specific you would probably either have to do it yourself or get somebody else to do it for you.

Yes that is what I am asking for I was thinking that there was a modder on that could make me what I want for a decent price say $30-$40. It would save me the tiem trying to find a place that is open when i get done form work and would understand what I am looking for.

all you need is a sheet of aluminum, some shears, a tape measure, and a 3" diameter piece of pvc as long as the sheet of aluminum. measure and cut the piece to fit in the case, leave the depth of your case starting from your power supplies end, (if you want, you can leave a few extra inches of room for your pump) and then bend it carefully with the pvc. (I would recommend strapping the pvc to a vise or sawhorse) After you cut it to leave room for your HDD cages, depending where they are, test-fit it, then paint it whatever color you want. if you have to drill holes in the top, make sure to put a board under the metal, to make sure you don't ruin the metal by bending it weird. It should look good, and its a great place to stick your case badges. (just don't expect to get them off)
