I'm glad they went with a 1080p display, less battery drain.

The microSD card slot is a little disappointing, but honestly I don't think it's that needed when you have a 64gb model that cheap. I'd gladly trade microSD for dual SIM.

..the back is removable?

2k IS 1080p. Also the rest of the complaints are quite popular now in Android phones. Not saying it's a good thing, but you seem like you're singling them out

Don't really see the need for a 1440p display on the palm of my hands.

No SD card Slot - dont care as long as it has decent internal storage, less fucking around with cards

No NFC - dont use it or care, nothing I own has NFC

Non Removable back - dont like removable backs, prefer better the superior build quality

!080p display  -_-(i whould have paid 50$ more for 2k) - pointless on a display that size, happy with my even lower resolutoin iPhone 6 display

No SD slot and no NFC are confirmed, but I thought I saw plenty of pictures showing a removable back for customization and access to the sim card slots.  I assume you are talking about the non-removable battery though, which I have never replaced a battery in a cell phone since my Sony Walkman phone ages ago.

And why do you need higher than 1080p on a phone screen?  Can you really tell the difference, especially meaning the extra power consumption and horsepower needed to drive it?

The 64GB is reasonably priced

Do people actually use NFC a lot?

Want to look at the serial numbers? :P

Want to drain your battery life for extra pixels you wont see?

What exactly do you mean by 2k? 1080p is 2k as stated earlier. if you mean 1440p, just say 1440p or QHD (or 2.5k if you insist on being an ass)

Not totally a screw up. The new Type C port is simply! the display is less sharp then the HTC One series (as of the M7-M9) but decent ppi, haven't seen a 2,5K display in a 5.5" LCD/AM/OLED display but the battery drain must be inconvenient. Qualcomm 810.2 :) Backings are removeable had you seen the VR Launch event & the majority of reviewers publishing different coloured backings 5 in total.

No SD card slot is fine since the 64GB model is mad cheap

I would have liked NFC too

Non removable back = better build quality

1080p display is already super crisp, and it doesn't eat the battery

This better 1080p display is fine. if you're not happy there are plenty of other options for you like the Moto x Style. Oneplus 2 is great in my eyes. NFC had no importance, to most people.
