Installing drivers at Windows installation?

What is the 'load driver' button used for? Should I install motherboard drivers here?

This when the Windows installer fails to find your storage device. You should not motherboard drivers from here.

Yea, it is only to instal a driver that could be required for a RAID card or something like that. Basically, if you don't know what its for, you don't need it ;) (at least in this case)

Usually a RAID driver or for say and 840 Evo that needs an update really before you use it.
