Pc switches from graphics card to onboard graphics

Hedzert

So when i start gaming my pc restarts to the onboard graphics.

My specs are : msi gtx 750ti, msi z97 pc mate, i5 4460, cooler master g650m, 8gb kingston hyper x fury 1600mhz.

My pc will just lose signql from my graphics card, when i then plug the vga connector into my motherboard, i get to see windows booting up, with in device intel hd graphics 4600 as graphics solution.

I ran this card in my older computer that doesnt have integrated graphics without problem.

I also ran heaven benchmark 4.0 on my comouter, it rebooted to integrated graphics again, i then ran it on integrated graphics without* crashes. @Jambls

I just benchmarked in the old pc with the 750ti, no problems.

So I'm geussing it is the onboard graphics that is the real problem.

Have you tried using a different psu? I know this sounds strange but the 750ti will be pulling as much power from the board as possible. If you try using a higher wattage

psu, it could power the card better.

If all else fails, rma your motherboard and see if that fixes it

Well, my psu is rated at 650 watts, its overpowered for this system.

In the other system i ran the card in has a 350 watt psu. @Jambls
