Ok I am looking to build an AMD based machine so I haven't really picked a good case yet but it will have to be cooling centered because AMD CPU's and I think their GPU's as well are known to run hot.  So without further a-do here are the specs!

R9 270X GPU any supplier will be fine

AMD FX 9370 or 9590 if I can find it cheaper, and it will be black edition DUH

WD blue 1TB HDD

PSU is probably gonna be a corsair with 750 watts

SSD will be optional but it will be an amd ssd as well or a mushkin SSD card running in RAID-0

MSI 970 Gaming motherboard this is an am3+ socket so this was a good value MOBO considering the socket

And yes I will be getting an after market cooler like a be quiet pure rock or something

So is there anything I should change?

You will get a lot,of hate, I won't hate to much but the 9590 is basically a overclocked 8320. Overpriced and worthless. What is the purpose of this build? Gaming?

For the PSU corsair is not good, I'd get a EVGA GS or G2 series.

Why an AMD SSD? A Samsung 850 Evo or crucial bx100 would be a much better choice.

If you're going to use this as a main build it will be blantly terrible especially considering it's price for performance

I would like to point out these:

-AMD CPUs are very outdated and the performance isn't great even at it's price point

-AMD SSDs will not last as long as other similarly priced SSDs

-Corsair PSUs are terribly priced

Then what processor do you suggest?  I've heard it's hard to run graphics cards whilst running an AMD APU.

I can totally wait for Zen I'm soooo pumped about and I hope it'll be a worthy successor to the FX series

An i5. You also need for any 9XXX CPU a heavy duty motherboard even the teksyndicate had to solder on a mosfet  to a mobo so it wouldn't destroy the board.

then please do that, your best bet would either be waiting or jumping to intel, it doesnt make sense to invest in fx at this point. im not hating on amd, I love them as much as the next guy, but the fx series is almost 4 years old if i recall correctly

Problem is.. Knowing AMD it will probably be delayed or just not worth it.

Why an AMD build by any chance?

4 years since release, the architecture behind it was devolped way before that.

Thank you for the suggestion but this is an AMD themed build.  I would think that an i5 locked could surpass some of AMD's higher end processors if I'm not mistaken.

Then get a 8320 E it has reduced power draw and still 8 cores. There isn't much difference in performance as you upgrade.

False, the 9370 is the 8320 and the 9590 is the 8350. O.o Where did you get that info?

Just to make surimi wasn't spitting out random stuff I a little research and the only thing I can find different between all those Is power consumption and clock speed. So to me they are still all overclocked fx8320s

My wife has an 8320 its pretty good. I would look at that or an 8350 instead of the 9000 series.
