GTA V Not Launching

I recently put a fresh install of Windows 8.1 on my SSD, now since GTA V is on my D drive it opens the loading screen of the cover, but then never launches the game. Please help I haven't played GTA in like 2 months.

you need to sign in to rockstar social club, go to the part in the pic, game downloads, gta and select install for windows, select where the game already is and it will basically overwrite it then install the updates and there you go mate :)

you need to sign in to rockstar social club, go to the part in the pic, game downloads, gta and select install for windows, select where the game already is and it will basically overwrite it then install the updates and there you go mate :)
