What do you mean

Anyway I can feel the heat

i mean amd cpus dont show the real temps of the cpu, theyre normally estimates and not actual numbers, the temps are either incorrect or you havent put the cooler on correctly.

Do you think the temp would go down if I install an OS?

as i have said thats in the bios and while youre in the bios your cpu is running at max.

install the os and your temps will drop.

Would heeding an aftermarket cooler help?

dude please listen to me.... install the os and your temps will drop, its because the bios runs the cpu at full load, an aftermarket cooler will help but theres no need for one unless youre going to overclock the cpu.

OK thanks it's just that I'm new to all this and I'm afraid that the heat might damage the other components or it might blow up or something

your fine right now, install OS and see what your temps are

Then why is my CPU at over 70 degrees C in the BIOS when I haven't even installed Windows? I have put non new thermal paste and am using a stock heats ink which should be fine then why?

Re-apply thermal paste(after you clean up the old one) and re-seat the heatsink.

Does it work fine in Windows? In the BIOS, the power-saving features are disabled, resulting in a higher temperature.

70+C is still too hot.

I haven't installed Windows yet and I used cooler master thermal compound and put some righting the middle

And how much did you actually put down? You only need a thin layer after the cooler has been applied, that's it.

I only put a little bit

Check the installation of the cooler then.

I have

Any way you can remove the cooler and show the thermal paste application? You will need to re-apply goop afterwards.
