is this fan setup good ?

so in the thread i talk about my system overheating when under load

but i asked myself if this fan setup is even good enough

also give some example's like what cooler and how i can change the fan setup if needed

is it possible to mount the PSU so that it takes in air from outside of the case and exhausts it out the back? because right now it'll be drawing in quite a lot of hot air!

You want more intake than exhaust (in most cases), for better ventilation. 

 

I would add another fan in the front of the case and rotate the cpu cooler so it is in line with the front/rear of the case (versus top/bottom).

i want to change the side where the cpu fan is blowing air from but the cpu cooler doesn't support that since it can't be turned around

You must remove the cpu cooler from the board, and physically rotate it.  What Cpu cooler is it, and what chipset are you running?

its a hyper 412s and a am3+ board asrock extreme3 R2.0 to be specific, thats the problem i can't rotate it or am i missing some thing

Your case might be biggest issue in there overall. PSU is fine like that, acting as exhaust. Maybe flip rear fan ro intake for CPU but I doubt it will help that much. Add more intake to side panel, bottom or front if possible.

the only thing i can add is a front 120/140 and i will do that
