Midrange graphics card

Hey guys!

 

I am buying a new computer because I got tired of my 6yo one.

It's quite a bit better so my old graphics card will be a bottleneck (Radeon HD 6570).

I am looking for a midrange graphics card that will support 1080p gaming, maybe some editing, it shouldn't cost more than 140 EUR

and, preferably, it should be as compatible as possible with a Intel Core i5-4590 (Haswell 22 nm).

 

Keep in mind that I live in  Slovenia, where all computer components are at least 40% more expensive AND harder to obtain.

 

I was looking at several GeFroce 750Ti cards, but all are more expensive than 150 EUR

 

I am new to the forum, but I am sure you guys have some great suggestions

What;s the cost of a 260x or 265 or 370? 

Sometimes you can find used 280x/7970 for real cheap.

If you don't already have the CPU, get a cheaper one to get a better graphic card. The 750Ti is shit compared to the i5.

Welcome to the ltt forum, imo i would get i3 4160 witch is 100€ less and get like r9 280x

If you don't have the CPU yet would go for a second hand i3 and r9 280x setup. That is ok sweet spot to be at.

I basically already ordered the computer, I'm getting it today (didn't pay yet, but can't back out)...

IMO it was a god deal (by Slovenian standards):
