I just sold mine, very slow, max 1600 ISO, poor low light only 10mp but CAN take decent photos in the right circumstances

Maybe a 400d or 350d wouldn't go any lower. Since it's old stuff, Camera's are expensive.

But with qoodluck you can find a 450D kit around 125/150 ish.

As someone who is also currently saving up for a DSLR, you may want to save more. Cameras and camera gear is pricey, no way around it tbh, even second hand kits are pretty expensive.
