OK so im looking for a gpu that's under $250 CAD 

 

 

the one i was going with the gtx 750 ti ftw acx people say is complete garbage

 

so i want one that's NOT $400  

 

i need one that's reliable one HDMI port, one display port and DVI

 

it must be able to render video files and stream to twitch 

 

must play world of warcraft, hearthstone, csgo. simulators, racing games, must be compatible with roxio game capture card for xbox one and 360 

 

MUST HAVE G SYNC IF U GIVE ME A AMD GPU I WILL LOOK INTO IT BUT NIVIDA IF POSSIBLE

For that budget, get an R9 280.

GTX 960 on the Nvidia side. You can get the EVGA 4GB Super Superclocked model for $240 USD. Might be a bit above budget in canadian money but it's a good card for the low price.
