As said, I'm leaning towards the G710 because of its cheaper price and they use them in esport tournaments. The Strafe had also gotten a handful of good reviews.

Off topic question: Brown or red switches for competitive counter strike?

Rather than guessing which keyswich is best for you, buy this. For $12, you really can't go wrong.

I've built 3 PC's, but none for myself... In fact, I'm using an iMac that my dad bought for me as my desktop. Awkward...

Please don't say "SSD drive." By doing so, you are literally saying "Solid State Drive Drive" and causing my brain cells to commit suicide. The same applies to HDD (Hard Disk Drive) and PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express).

I love my G710+. I love having the dampers pre-installed. Not a big fan of noise with keyboards.

I don't like Red switches at all. They're too soft and don't have a distinct actuation, which annoys me. So, I'd say Browns, even for gaming.

As for the keyboard. Do Logitech even manufacture the G710+? I cant see it on their website. Maybe wrong, but either way, that's the one I'd go for.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

It's all preference.

It is preference based, however for FPS games red switches are the favourite and he was asking which was better for CS:GO.

Yes, but the favorite of one person isn't the same as the other

Most people like linear fast-paced movements, but people like me still prefer a heavier more tactile switches for games

So it will always be preference based, just judging from the posts above
