Will a quality 80+ gold 650w psu handle 970 SLI?

(Paired together with a i5 4460).

 

PSU in question is the Evga Supernova 650w GS.

No way in heck two GTX 970 consume less 500W in that graph, if my rig have another GTX 970 nonreference is will going to consume 555W . So my guess the graph shows reference GTX 970 or something else wrong with that.
