hello i am starting to sleeve a 8 to 2 6pin and 2 2pins but i am having some issues removing the wires. Every time i deal with wires that have to in one i always pull the wires out leaving the pin inside i have tried to remove them however it breaks the pin in the process so i am wondering if there is anyway i can remove them without damaging the pins.

it is likely that i am just going to have to get a crimping tool and some extra pins but i would like to avoid that.

are you using proper tools? a pin remover?

yes i bought a little pin removal tool

You need to make sure the prongs on the tool are slightly bent inwards to properly compress the tabs that lock the pin into place:
