I know right...

I tested Witcher3 with 1.7

Tweaked Ini (shadows, drawdistance, grass, textuters ect.) maxeout everything to the absolut limits with hairworks in 1080p 80fps. Can you believe...without Hairworks its 99-102 fps. When my 1440p Display finaly arrives i will have easy 60 frames with this crazy Settings. You see..this Card is absolutly insane.

Oh nvm, the hairwork 

It runs with hairworks @ 80fps. I just tunred Vsync off. Im not sure i understand your question.
