You should be able to.

At 1080p? You might be able to squeak it out but expect frame drops. High might be a bit of a stretch too.

The 750TI and the CPU should be enough to get a solid 30FPS at high-ish settings. I am not too sure how demanding the game is, but the 750TI is a pretty powerful card.

On 1080p ? It should, that gpunisnt the best though I'd upgrade a r9 380 at the very least for $200

I also just remembered that there is a free demo on Steam. Download it and play with the settings until you find something that works.
