not sure if i can run gta v

i'm getting all these different answers when i ask if i can run gta v on my pc. Some say i can, some say i can't.

So is there a way i can test if gta v will run on my pc? Some kind of benchmark or something. I will be playing on low btw. I don't want to purchase it and then find out i cant play it.

Give us your hardware info that would help.

I've tested the game on different hardware platforms so I can give you a rough idea if it will work or not.

Steam has a return policy it doesn't work get rid of it. That being said if its suspect you cant I wouldn't bother tbh.

I will say no, I have a laptop with a 750m which is about the desktop 730/740 equivalent and I can barely play it on low also 4gb isn't going to cut it.

Get 8gb ram and a decent card if you can.

 

And no I can't see your sig.

RAM is not necessarily that important with GTA5, I ran the game with 4G ram on my laptop then upgraded to 8G and only noticeable thing was lower pagefile usage.

Well it is I tried it on 4gb and stuck my 8gb back gained 15fps.

I'm gonna say... maybe. Pretty good chance on the lowest settings at a low resolution (like 720p)

Because they gotta, you REALLY won't enjoy it. That's worse than console performance right there.
