My 750Ti underclock itself sometimes to 405 MHz on the core clock

      CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.8GHz Moherboard: MSI Z97 SLI Krait Edition Memory: HyperX FURY White 24GB DDR3 1866MHz GPU: Asus GTX 970 Turbo

Even when gaming? It will do if it's not being used heavily.

It may be overheating. Try leaving your case open and see what happens.

What manufacture of 750 ti? If its the MSI Twin Frozer I have bad news for you.

it only has happened like three times on 1 game GTA 4 and when it happens I have to restart my computer
