Noctua NT-H1 and Gelid GC Extreme are both good options.

time again to service my laptop and gaming rig in past ive just used what comes with spares parts or h105

 

I usually recommend MX-4 works great and is non-conductive so really good for bare dies or ones that have capacitors near them.

It won't really matter too much, get the cheapest name-brand stuff at the shop. AS5, NT-H1, MX-4, all good.

The best of the best is coollaboratory liquid, but it corrodes aluminum and it is conductive, so it has to be used with caution.
