What card is the fastest out of the box and can be pushed the furthest on air?

Fastest out the box is the Zotac AMP! Extreme with a Core Clock: 1253MHz, Boost Clock: 1355MHz and a 7220MHz memory clock, as to how far you can push it with manual overclocks, well that depends on your luck with your silicon chip, but the HoF will probably be the one for that seeing as it's binned so well and made to be pushed to the limits of air. (Same with the Classified)

G1 and EVGA Classified are tied out of the box I think. However, the Classified has the usual extended PCB with beefed up power delivery, so it may be able to overclock higher when you start messing with voltages. Not even sure if it's available yet though. Either that or it's sold out.

Zotac Amp Extreme can be pushed the farthest on air.

Zotac amp! extreme is by far the fastest out of the box 980Ti.

 

My example boost to 1418mhz@67° without OC and has a 7220 MHz memory clock.
