Cheap Unlocked Phablets USA?

Any 1080P or higher phones in the 5.5" or larger size category that cost around $300 worth using? Preferably GSM that will work in the US. I've found Galaxy Note 3's, but i was wondering if there are any other phones like this for this price.

Only issue is that this phone isn't compatible with US GSM networks...at all. The bands in that phone are for European countries.

GSM may be the world standard (except for a few wireless carriers world wide), but there's still different frequencies of GSM.
