with that low of a budget I would go with an APU, or maybe you could find used core 2 quads locally?

What type of RAM do you have and what is the PSU (brand & model? total power? etc...)

that cpu is acctualy good and has a decent price, but the gpu is way overpriced, can you suggest another one

A 750 Ti is really what you want, but a R7 260X, R7 360, or GTX 750 would do (although the 750 is considerably slower). But all of these cards will give you 1080p 60FPS performance on medium settings in most if not all games.

How much is a R7 270/R7 360 in Croatia??

like 200$ or so, overpriced af, but a nice suggestion, i will look into  it

ok these are the ones i can work with, maybe even lower preformance, as i said all i need is low settings stable at least 50fps in b3, do you mind suggesting a cheap HDD with like 200gigs or less, i only need it for OS and mby like 3 games

If you really wnat to get started in PC gaming, I suggest saving just a pinch more for an actually, decent budget. No offense, but $250 is kind of cutting it close, especially since you don't live in the US, where everything is cheaper. If I were you, I would save up like $500 or 300 Pounds or whatever it equals. That way you can have a nice starter system on a good platform that is easily upgradeable. If you really want to find an HDD, I would suggest ripping one out of an old laptop or old desktop PC.

Edit: a 260X or 750 Ti will easily do 60FPS in BF3, even on medium settings.

Intel Pentium, Motherboard and Grafic Card ... that would make about €320/2200kn ... damn you croatians got expensive tech :o

but with this build you would be able to run even bf4 and newer games at at least 30 fps... if you want to go down on price take a 740 for €50/500kn less and you should still reach your 30 fps in bf3.

ofcourse this is a cpu to overclock, and you can MASSIVELY oc this little boy with just the stock cooler, but if you're not into that stuff, better go with an amd apu maybe.

Save up a bit more. This PC will last you a long time and run great. I already added the PSU and RAM you said you have, so you can exclude them from the cost if you like.

Little background on this. Its acutaly for my brother. I bought myself a decent gaming pc and gave him my old one, it was a 2.8ghz dual core with someking of gpu with 512mb of graphics ram. For him it was enough. It ran the stuff he needed. He asked my if he could sell it for lik 250 if i could put somthing a bit better for that price maybe a little bit more. So im not asking for some high end stuff. Just the bare minmum. I will probably buy the cpu you suggested and will look into the gpus. There are a cuple within the price range. I really appriciate the help. Alse for the HDD if you could throw something as i said with 200gigs 7200 rps if possible.

260x is great for price to performance in that range.  With an OC you'd be more than fine.

Btw for all. Is APU worth buying for the low end gaming as i mentioned?

Im not quite into OCing so that isnt for me.

Well, throw in some money for your brother. It'll be worth it, and this PC will last a long time if he takes care of it. Glad I could help, though.

Excellent. Running on high settings 1080p with AA off will yield 50 FPS.

ever thought about buying from austria? the same build i posted you for 330€ costs 250€ here ^^ and i don't think shipping to croatia would be taht expensive since it belongs to the EU, doesn't it? you would save the shipping taxes from US  :)
