Hey

So I was told that the big difference between DDR3 & 4, and the reason why DDR4 has so much Gb capacity, is because unlike DDR3 which 'flushes' out when powering down; DDR4 will keep the data stored on it next time the system to started.

Can someone please confirm this

The reason I ask is because I can't find my answer on google.

Also is there some rule that you can't quote while using the mobile version of this site or something?

DDR4 is volatile memory
