How do i know if my cpu is stable?

At least 24 hours of Prime95 ideally.

minimum 8-24 hours stress testing using one of the following

 

prime95

 

occt

 

aida64

 

intel extreme tuning utility

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

aida64

 

intel extreme tuning utility

 

 

these two are the only validated stress test for haswell.

Run Prime95 for 24 hours by pressing blend and custom and in the "Memory to use" box type in most of your ram. I would keep at least 500mb of free ram.
