I'm currently planning out a build where everything works out perfectly too be black and white.  However, the case I'm getting looks much better in its matte black version and there is a similar black and red video card to the one I'm using with slightly better functionality for the same price.  I now want to switch to a red and black color scheme but my motherboard, the MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition ATX LGA1150, would stand out.  Does anyone know of a similar/better motherboard (for mostly gaming and mid-ranged video editing) that comes in red and black for around the same price?  (I know I shouldn't care this much about color schemes but it would bother me forever if I didn't)

Those are sleeving I believe ...

... Life is a game and the checkpoints are your birthday , you will face challenges where you may not get rewarded afterwords but those are the challenges that help you improve yourself . Always live for tomorrow because you may never know when your game will be over ... I'm totally not going insane in anyway , shape or form ... I just have broken English and an open mind ...

Its a spring type thing, its used to prevent kinking of the tubing.

Anti kink coils. They don't really serve any purpose, although they're meant to stop tubing from kinking.

How do you put them on if the AIO tubing isnt really meant to be detached?

Oshino has nailed it, it is anti kink coil, it is for aesthetics only in my case (lol pun)

They're a pain in the ass to put on. I had some on my H100i a long time ago, I really don't want to do that again. Sleeving a whole PSU is nicer than those.

Aww, don't switch to black/red. It's so common ):

EDIT: You can go for the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 though. It's a similar price.

I know I know, but I just cant go white when the black looks like this.  (and thanks, I'll check it out, do you know off the top of your head how it compares?)noctis-450-case-black-front.jpg

The specs are around the same. Both have SLI support and are solid boards.

Why nobody likes blue? Like the GA-Z87X-UD3H why there aren't many blue themed motherboards.

Linus likes blue. :)

Ok. Why there aren't as many blue themed pc components and peripherals as there are red, and why most people prefer red and ROG is red,not blue.
