Surface 3 vs Surface 3 Pro, is it worth getting PRO?

So I am thinking about getting a Surface, but I was wondering which one I should get. The higest end Surface 3 or the lowest end Surface PRO 3?

I obviesly know that the one with the i3 is probably better, but is it worth the extra money (considering preformens)?

I am going to use it for school, Youtube watching and playing games like Binding of Issac: Rebirth.

My last Q is; Is the Surfaces even worth it? Do you guys have any other sugestions?

Last last Q; Should I wait for the Surface 4 which have bin rumored to get released a short wh7le after Win 10.

my wife has the Hi end serface pro 3 with the i5 and she loves it but your mainly paying for processor and storage and If they offered an i3 with a 256gb ssd that would be the best choice
