I would get a 980 ti instead. 

 

Games seem to using a lot more vram lately and the 970's 3.5gb probably isn't enough for all games at that resolution.

I gave an 850W PSU incase if you want to do overclocking and SLI your GPU's later on. Do what they said about the OS, so you can swap that out. Case is your preference however I like this case because it is cheap and has a lot of features and room
