I was, I'm mainly looking for mobo, cpu, and ram suggestions.

Any RAM 1600mhz+ will do, grab 8GB

basicly this, maybe add in a DVD drive, because some folks appareantly still like disks...

also, sims REALLY likes fast storage (yay SSDs), but i'm not too worried about the processor, perhaps even an i3 would do.
