PS3 audio helpm

I have a monitor that has HDMI input but no audio jack. So I've got some speakers. How would I manage to get audio? Also I'm using HDMI to HDMI cable.

Those speakers only have 3.5mm input?

Um, HDMI=audio and video in one not just video. O.o You might need a PS3 component cable though for what you wanna do.

I know. My monitor does not have an audio jack. 3.5mm

What @AlwaysSFX suggests.

Have it myself too.

You just plug in the component cables you got with your PS3 (PS2 cables work too), attach that thing and connect your speakers to the green thing.

Just be sure you have to go to settings > audio settings > audio output or something and change it to composite/component/SCART.

@Minibois subwoofer only has one 3.5mm audio jack, how do I split it to my PC?

You could also get one of those mini usb sound cards.  then you'd just need to select it as your audio source.

unfortunately not, I've never used one, I went the more expensive option and bought a Astro Mixamp and plug stuff into that.

Get one of these, you can go on the PS3 and use HDMI for video and send the audio through your component or composite audio jacks, to this cable, to your speakers.

Where do you think..? Your PS3 comes with those cables. Red cable to red cable, white cable to white cable.

Buy the original cable that comes with the red and white audio cables

then buy yourself one of these:

You can either plug your speakers directly into it or plug the cable using a AUX cable into the line in port on your PC, assuming you have one which you should.
