where to buy the h220x

Hello,

I've been looking for a 240mm aio cooler and was interested by the swiftech h220x. The only problem is that i cant find any site that has it in stock. ebay has it but it costs 200+ dollars with shipping , which is too much. Does anyone know of a site that sells it and thats safe ?
