I'm testing like iOS9 then going back to iOS 8.4, Jailbreak and stuff like that.

it is so weird like it is when you plug your usb in and it open the map of the usb. That happens with every single usb device that I have connected yo my PC when I'm restoring my iDevice

Wait, iOS 9 is a thing? Sorry I'm still on 8.2 cuz I can't be bothered redoing my jailbreak.

Try reinstalling drivers. Is it only when you are restoring your iPhone?

iOS 8.4 has a JB.

I will try the drivers and while restoring or when restoring a backup

The only thing I can think of is drivers. Maybe it's a bug with a new update of iTunes or something. i have no idea, I barely use it :D
