I'm not sure whether or not there is something wrong with my cooler. A lot of people I know who have an AIO liquid cooler for their cpu get much better temperatures than I do, and i know for a fact that some of them actually have a crappier liquid cooler than I do. I live in Sydney Australia, and at the moment, the weather is quite cold and I'm getting about 30 degrees Celsius idle with applications like steam, chrome and skype running.  On very hot days, and i mean VERY HOT, as Australia can get extremely hot during the summer, which can actually reach up to 40 degrees Celsius, my room also gets very very hot, my cpu temps on those kind of days push up to around almost 60 degrees celsius during load, and 40 idle. Nowadays my cpu on load reaches up to around 45 - 51 degrees Celsius. Are these temps all normal? I know someone with an AMD fx9590 with the stock cooler that it comes with gets temps around 15 degrees during idle, and i believe the cooler that comes with the 9590 isn't even as good as the one I've got. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Those temps are fine.

AMD has broken temp sensors, if yuyur friend is in Australia, tell him to check the ambient, his temp can't go below ambeint.

My technically a 9590 reaches 65ish at mloads also. That's with a 480 rad!

The 9590 doesn't even come with a stock cooler, and it'd be impossible for it to get 15 degrees idle using almost any cooler..

Your temperatures are fine for a CPU  :P

It actually does. AMD originally didn't, after that they packed an asetek cooler with it

Ah, I thought he was on about the tiny little square heatsink with a tiny fan on it.

oh hell no flitter lmao, not that trashy fan. Alright thanks guys, I'm thinking about switching to intel soon anyway, just wanted to make sure theres nothing wrong with my cooler. I'm thinking an i7 4790k, this amd cpu is doing my headin. Getting horrible fps drops and a bit of stuttering in some games.

sorry for double post, is there anywhere specific that i should have the pump connected to and the fans on teh radiator connected to? At the moment, I've got the pump connected to the cpu_fan header and the fans connected to cpu_opt header, is that okay?
