I have an Athlon II x3 455 at 3.3Ghz and I have 4Gb of ram and I'm trying to stream games like CSGO, Minecraft, Bioshock, and I can't get the stream to be constant and good, Too poor to upgrade completely right now, I'll be getting a good system when I get my income tax so I'm stuck with this little bitch for now, But What do I upgrade right now to try to start myself off.
I doubt it matters but I have a Nvidia 640 aswell, If you can someone tell me it's legitimately my GPU's fault I'll be so happy to ditch this, But I doubt it's the GPU

Umm, I son't know what to tell you. My first advice would be to try and buy used, as you will get more for your money. I don't stream, so I unfortunatley can't give you any more advice. Best of luck!

Most methods on streaming are using the CPU to encode it, and your CPU can't exactly do encoding and gaming at the same time well.

I've only had two computers my whole life, I had a laptop grade Intel i3, and this POS, So could I go for a Amd Fx-6300, because It does have twice the cores, Or should I try to go for an i3 or an i5 even though it only has 1 more core, But Intel cores seem to do better 1 v 1

I say you go for Intel and follow the guide in my signature. Flawless streaming with no performance impact is nice.
