I traded a few airsoft guns for a pc.

The problem is I noticed some discoloration on one of the GPU waterblocks, Is this salvageable or is it completely toast?

thats a huge deposit of crap, living stuff, and corrosion inside that block

Use some isopropyl alcohol and flush that cards waterblock. Almost looks rusty, take the block apart as well and clean it. Yes it is salvageable as long as  there are no cracks or rust.

The guns were worth about $500USD. but to me, worthless, and a pain to try and sell as craigslist or ebay wont let you post them.

I would remove the block and soak the corroded areas in ketchup and run hot vinegar though the loop for about 10 minutes with the rad fans off. I got a used loop that had been running 24/7 and hadn't been cleaned in 4 YEARS
