xlr splitter cable or box?

me and my girlfriend game in the same room. we both use xlr mic's. im want to have her mic go to my mixer or to her mixer. so she can use her mic or I can have both mics  for chat software.

im looking at the xlr spliter cable or the box and am not sure witch to use?
