i5 4690k and GTX 980ti or i7 4790k and GTX 980 ???

this is really confusing to me which should i get ??
by the way i can't afford i7 4790k and GTX 980ti 
need your help guys

Depending on some of those programs and how often you use them, I would opt for either a xeon or a i7 if you can. My i7 was a life saver when I was running all of my simulations. :D

They are AutoCad , 3D MAX , revit and sap

Get the Xeon then, Costs same as the i5, performs same as the i7.

It's not that bad, doesn't have hyper threading compared to the i7. But having the extra threads, will help.

Actually you made it easy for me now 

As you know the Xeon E3-1231V3 is NOT exist in Egypt and if i ordered it and has it delivered it would be 1.5X of it's original price 

so it's not working :(

 so what should i go for ??
