Do you mean those lil plastic things/latches on the back of the PCIe slot?  If so that's fine it just gives it a second layer of snug fitting.  The card won't drop out of the slot if it isn't on there.

yes those im gonna be getting a gpu brace for my gpu anyways so that should help but it wont cause me any issues?

Your gpu and motherboard should still work, the gpu just won't be as secure in the PCIe slot anymore

anyway i can make sure its extra snug in there without it? like its still on there just the poarts taht hold it on snapped.

You'll be ok, those things sometimes don't work as they should lol.

In older boards you really needed to push those things away, now, you just pull the card and the clip will move on its own.

Well when I reinstall my replacement I hope I won't have any issues though I'm concerned my motherboard isn't seated right cuz of how off the screws are on the gpu bracket

Just push the video card and it shouldn't come out, even if it doesn't have that clip.

Just make sure everything is aligned properly, or the PCIe gold fingers may be inserted correctly on one side of the PCIe slot.

Well the reason I'll be rmaing my cars is cuz I've been having a buzzing noise coming through my speakers as well as having both my monitors tell me no video signal during a game like the screens freak out then say no display signal and I have to restart my computer to get the signal back

That's weird, are your PCIe slots clean, mostly the contacts?

Yes they are any other possible ideas iim all ears

It could be that the pins are not making good contact, but if your PCIe slot is clean and the videocard sits correctly, there shouldn't be any problems.
