Your 750 Ti is still alright. You can upgrade that later too.

Think that is a good thing to do.

Hello right now I have a GTX 750ti, Intel Pentium Dual Core E5800 3.2GHz, 4GB Ram, 500GB HDD. I need an upgrade as my pc really isn't to to par with a game that is 5 years old... So I have decided to upgrade my current pc and I have 430usd in my budget. This is what I have been thinking of getting please advice me with what I should change. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/y7zpkL I am looking to play games like Black Ops 2 and 3, CS:GO, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, GTA 5 and a couple other not as intense games, If I can get it to a state where I can run must games from low- medium settings I'll be more than pleased. If there is any game that would not run smoothly please tell me. Have a good day :D

What's your power supply? I'd also change the CPU to an i5-4690k (or an i5-4590 if you don't wanna use too much of your budget), but you'll need a Z97/H97 motherboard.

Little over budget, but maybe sell GPU to afford this?

EDIT: see you had included Windows 8. not sure if this is any good for you

Yeah, maybe go for an R9 270, maybe cheaper motherboard or i5 4440 .. (but i5 4440 didn't seem to be cheaper on pcpartpicker).

You definitely shouldn't run a 8 core FX CPU on a 780

Also that wouldn't improve performance much.

I think I have a friend that has a R9 270 that I can get for 50 bucks or so... but what should I comprimise for that?

Woops no it was a gtx 260 D;

Well, an R9 270 wouldn't be a huge upgrade anyways :/

and GTX 260 is obviously not worth it :P
