PC Upgrades

So everything from xbox one i every wanted is now on PC (GTA V) and i want to upgrade my computer so i can play with everything on ultra but i only have a 600$ budget and i want to upgrade my CPU, GPU, and RAM. Please try the best you can with my budget. 

 

My Current PC Specs

You dont need more RAM.

I'm working on to see what would work right now, buy I'm not sure you will be able to run everything on ultra with only $600 for an upgrade.

well i can play with very high texture and everything on high with 45 or so average 60 max and 25 minimum

I would first buy a new monitor and a gpu.
