grinding noise on first run of nepton 240m

i connected the pump to the cpu_out and i turned it on i heard grinding and it was very loud so i turned it off immediately. is it normal for  a couple of minutes or what should i do. also the bios in asus z97-a doesnt seem to allow me to change its speed

Probably getting bubbles out. Run it directly off of the power supply.

i dont have an adapter can i connect it to a normal system fan pin and raise the power to 100max. its only the cpu_out that the mb doesn't allow me to modify its value

I ran it again for a minute with power 100% and its still loud as it is. Should i try to replace it
