Acceptable.

 

The HD6950 can be unlocked into a 6970 if he does have a 6950, can't tell. And that 965 is begging to be overclocked, currently it just looks like some board auto clock feature took it to 215 base from 200.

basicly just ok if you overclock

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
