You should be shooting for 4.5ghz with that cooler.

 

1080p: 770/7970.

1440p or triple display: 780.

if you have a good overlcocking chip go 770+h100 and push that chip. If your chip isn't the best overclocker go 780.

The 780 is much better but I think the amazing cooler on it wouldn't fit the Red/Black theme.

Get the asus direct CU II 780 it had a red/black theme

I notice you have a 7850, for now you could just add a second one? Or else if your gaming on a single screen i'd go for the 770
